Join us every Saturday morning in VRChat for a relaxing session focused on gentle movements designed to cultivate and balance Qi – life energy. Rooted in thousands of years of ancient wellness philosophy, this centuries-old practice is the perfect low-impact exercise for older adults to build balance, strength and peace of mind.
This month we will focus on the Shibashi Qigong 18 form, a sequence of 18 movements to improve circulation, balance and energy.
You must have the VRChat app and be a member of the Thrive VRChat group. Log in to VRChat a few minutes before the event, open your launch pad, click on groups and join the group instance..
