Thrive Pavilion Home World and Activities in our Private VRChat Group Instances
Each week, Thrive Pavilion hosts many activities in VRChat. Our new home world is Thrive Pavilion Home. We use a private VRChat group, so our members can join the scheduled VRChat activities and know only other members are participating.
This page provides an overview of what you need to do to participate in Thrive Pavilion activities.
Step 1: Create a VRChat Account
We recommend you create a VRChat account using an email address and password on the VRChat website.
Please see the Frequently Asked Questions section below if you avidly use VRChat with your Meta Quest (aka. Oculus) account. If you do not use VRChat often with your Oculus account, we recommend creating an account on the VRChat website.
Step 2: Join Thrive Pavilion VRChat Group
We use a private VRChat group, you cannot search for it in the groups section of the VRChat menu. We will invite you to join.
Follow These Steps:
- Join our private Facebook Group.
- Write down your Horizon and VRChat avatar names. You will enter those into the required fields of the Member Registration Form.
- Enroll as an Organization Member using our Member Registration form. You must register in order to be invited to join the private group.
- Log in to VRChat and go to the message bell and click on the check mark to accept your group invitation.
Step 3: Joining Group Activities
- Start the VRChat app on your Meta Quest and sign in using the email address and password you created.
- Open the Group tab from the VRChat menu and select the Thrive Pavilion group.
- If a Thrive Pavilion activity is currently in progress, its world instance will appear in the group listing.
- Click Join to be transported directly to the activity’s world instance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I register with your nonprofit organization?
A: Go to the Members tab above and complete the form.
Q: What happens if I do not register with this organization?
A: Registration is required to remain a member of our community. If you do not register, you will be removed from both our VRChat group and our Facebook group.
Q: I log in to VRChat using my Oculus account. Can I still join the Thrive Pavilion private VRChat group?
A: Yes, you can still join Thrive Pavilion group, but you need to be invited by an admin.
NOTE: You must register on the Member Registration page before you can be added to our VRChat group.
Click the Members tab above to complete the 2026 Member Registration form.
Registration is required each year to help us keep our membership records accurate and our community well managed.
After you submit your registration, please allow 1–2 days for an administrator to process your request.
Once your registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your VRChat group invitation will then appear in the Notifications (bell icon) on your VRChat user panel.
Click on the invitation checkmark to accept the invitation before accessing the group on the Groups Tab.
