VRCHAT APP REQUIRED
MEET IN A THRIVE VRCHAT GROUP INSTANCE IN VR CHESS WORLD.
1-2hrs (depending on how many games you want to play).
All skill levels are welcome.
Informal game pairing (or just watching games is OK too).
Use of chess clock optional.
Event coordinator (Jawk) on hand for questions, instructions, games.
You must be a member of the Thrive VRChat Group.

♟️Fill out the MEMBER REGISTRATION FORM
♟️We will notify you in 1-2 days that you have an invite waiting to join our VRChat Private Group.
In VRChat:
♟️ Go to your Message Bell and accept the invite to our Thrive Pavilion Group by clicking on the invite.
To join the event, log in to VR Chat
♟️ From VRChat Launch pad (B or Y button):
♟️Click on the Groups icon (triangle, center on the second row of large icons).
♟️ Click on the Group Activity tab (upper left).
♟️ Find/select the Thrive instance for VR Chess and join it.
♟️Step out of the elevator, turn left then right to the 1st floor main area.
♟️ There are 10 chess tables (6 on first floor and 4 on second floor), each with a fully
functional chess board/pieces.

It’s easy to add Thrive Pavilion Events directly to your device’s calendar
Stay updated with Thrive Pavilion events by subscribing to the calendar from the List, Month, and Day views.
You can also add individual events to your calendar using the Add to Calendar button at the bottom of an individual event page.
Note: For iOS devices, choose iCalendar.
